Mark has had a life long interest in the spiritual practices of meditation and contemplation. He has steeped himself in the ancient wisdom traditions yet he is keenly aware of the power of modern science. Along the way he earned Bachelor degrees in Communication Studies and Electronic Engineering Technology. Mark earned his Masters in Acupuncture at the Tai Sophia Institute and has practiced a form of Japanese acupressure called Shiatsu for the past 15 years.

Mark believes that wherever you are on your journey there are times to take stock in the direction one is heading and make adjustments. As in every journey, there are challenges ranging from broken toes to broken spirits. Chinese Medicine has opened doors for Mark in navigating those challenges and he believes it can do the same for you, yielding greater physical and emotional health and a more fulfilling life.
